An Oxford resident for more than 20 years, James Lopiccolo is the founder and owner of Capocore Professional Advisors in Lake Orion and a Certified Public Accountant. His skill set includes financial management, strategic planning, community engagement, advocacy/leadership and problem solving. In October 2025, Lopiccolo was named one of Forbes Magazine’s Top 200 CPAs in America. He received Lake Orion’s Business Person of the Year Award in 2020 and is a past director and treasurer of the Orion Area Chamber of Commerce. Lopiccolo earned a bachelor of accountancy from Walsh College in 1998.
